Today’s problem: A combination of
1) forgetting to take Adipex until noon and I knew better than to take it then.
2) not eating enough before I worked out left me hungry. all. stinking. day.
3) my routine is VERY important. Day off + no Nathan = Krissie goes food bezerk.
Breakfast: Clif bar and a glass of milk

Snack #1 – after gym, before going out for lunch. More banana nut cheerios. Again, the whole bowl is about a cup.

Lunch: about 2/3 of tomato mozzarella sandwich and about half of the chips

Snack 2: Banana chocolate vivanno

Dinner: buffalo burger and chips. I gave Nathan about 1/4 of each. And I had a few pieces of watermelon.

So yeah, I went well over my calorie plan for today. BUT it is the first time I’ve done that since I started this photo blog. Who knows? Maybe this will be a good shake-up for my metabolism?
