My breakfast by Nathan’s. Mine is on the bottom. Banana Chocolate Vivanno with Soy and a shot of espresso.

Lunch: tomato provolone crepe with a side salad. I turned down corn dogs and funnel cakes. I am awesome.

But I did have this locally-made cappuccino chip gelato.

Dinner: Tomato and mozzarella sandwich. I gave about 1/4 away to Nathan.

And then I had this little bag of goodness after the gym.

Where did you get locally made gelato????? I had it for the first time in Boston a few weeks ago, would love to find some in the Bluegrass!
