1 lb ground turkey breast
3/4 cup chopped cranberries
1/3 cup quick cooking oats
1/4 cup green onion, chopped
2 tbsp orange juice
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
3/4 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/8 tsp pepper
dash of salt
Combine all ingredients. Mix thoroughly and form 4 patties. Grill or cook in a skillet.
Dress and serve.
Serves 4.

I am SO making one of these soon!
I didn’t like these at all the first time I made them (a few years ago). So glad I tried them again! The green onions in the burgers made the burgers.
