Via and a carrot muffin. I have been so pleased with how well these freeze.

Okay…I am so jealous that you have yummy iced coffee every morning…I do childcare in my home and can’t get out…so when I was out of town this past weekend I picked up a package of Via. PLEASE tell me the proportions of what you use to make yours!

I am obsessed with these. I love LoVe LOVE them. I use one packet of via to 1 1/3 cup milk. And some ice. I like it better than the iced latte from the ‘bucks. My plan in the near future is to resurrect the green smoothie using Via, milk, banana, protein powder, and spinach. But I can’t seem to get up the 10 minutes earlier to get it done!
So I don’t need to reconstitute the coffee in water first? I tried and it was…blech…too much coffee, not enough milk.
Nope. I just use milk, coffee, and a whisk. But I love espresso. And I don’t put any sweetener in my latte. You could always try more milk or the milder flavor of Via.
I am just not used to Starbucks (none here), so the coffee tastes very bitter to me, and I even bought the mild Via knowing this. I also have SF syrup…so I might just do half espresso, milk and syrup…thanks!!
