Breakfast: Via and a Clif bar at my desk.
Lunch: hummus and veggie sandwich with pretzels. This is SO good!
Snack: oranges are really good right now. One good thing about winter.
Dinner: oatmeal pancakes and milk
Such a good food day! Everything really hit the spot.

Krissie, you eat like a bird! Is this about 1100 calories or so? I’m just impressed / amazed that you so disciplined, especially with running and everything.
Just to be clear, I promise I’m *not* criticizing or making a judgment, you are one of my favorite health bloggers out there. You also don’t obsess over calorie counts or points or anything, you have fantastic nutrition and skills in the kitchen. But I feel like when I read your food blog I am always like, “that’s it? that’s all you ate today?” Is there a past post that you’ve written on your main blog that talks about your food plan?

I try to stay around 1200 daily. Some days of the month, it’s pretty easy and some days it’s impossible. It’s easy right now, so I’m enjoying it!
