BentleyBars

KrissieBars weren’t that fun as a name for our copycat Larabars. But they sure are tasty!

peanut butter banana bars (on the right)

1 1/3 cup dates
1 1/2 cup peanuts
1/2 cup dried bananas
1/3 cup chocolate chips

Place dates in food processer. Pulse until it forms a paste. Remove paste to a medium bowl.

Without cleaning the processor, pulse the peanuts and banana chips until pretty small. Add to dates along with the chocolate chips.

Mash it all together with your hands. It’s fun.

Measure out 1/4 cup and place on plastic wrap. Form into a bar. Store in the fridge.

Makes 9 bars.
